When our school opened, there was a significant volunteer interest in our community. People were attracted to our mission and wanted to contribute. Our founding president asked me to devise a program with an onboarding protocol to allow volunteers to share their time and talent with us. We even came up with an appropriate name: the Mustang Volunteer Program in honour of our school mascot, the Mustang. Cute, huh?
