I was responsible for managing the logistics for hiring for the academic team as we did not have a human resources team to help manage to process. I devised this process in concert with the Principal and our Director of Finance to ensure that we did not have to reinvent the wheel every year. It is gratifying to know that I had a hand in helping to bring aboard such mission-driven and student-centered young professionals into our community.
